Shine Racing Service sells an exhaust spacer for $59.95. It's built for 
this exact swap, they also list other things as dipstick w/ tube, timing 
belt, distributor adaptor gear, oil filter housing (?) and block off 
plate/freeze plugs as being required for the swap. I'm sure not all are 
required.
