Hmmm...it's weird you're having problems with stock rims.  Maybe
your inner fender is coming loose??

Offset, found on some rims after the letters 'ET', is where your
wheel sits in relation to the hub, if that makes any sense.  :-)
The lower the number, the further 'out' the rims will be.  A
lower number gives a more wheelwell-filling look, but if you go
too low, it gives you rubbing problems.  HTH and hope I made sense!
