Yeah, I did, but it was in the American registration system so I 
never had to go through a TUV inspection.  The bases have their
own inspection stations, which aren't nearly as strict as the TUV.
Wasn't there a separate registration system when you were here?

Yep, Spangdahlem AB named after the very small village.
Been here over 2 years now.  I hate to leave, but the wife wants 
to leave.  She's one of those close-minded Americans!  :-)
