I paid $50 at the dealer for my Bentley.  I also bought a Haynes and 
so far have found it to be fairly useless.  At least it was only $12 :)
I think you may be able to get the Bentley for more like $35, but I 
was in a hurry so I paid extra just to get it faster.  If you have a 
Barnes and Noble bookstore nearby, try them.  They were out of the 
one I needed and I couldn't wait for them to order it.  They were in 
the 35-40 range I think.  Good luck......
