Sorry Rich for the delay in responding. I coundnt remember the guys name.
This a post from a guy that races in Denver. Your in Boulder, no? You'll
probably have to make the drive to race but this guy knows his stuff. hes
really into autoxing and time trialing his Rabbit so he would be the one to
hook up with. I clipped a message he posted about time trialing, just to get
an idea of what hes like.

As stated above, there is a Solo Trials event in Denver this weekend -
Sunday, the 24th of November. Drivers must be SCCA members, and hold a
Trials License - the membership is $65, license is $15, all of which is
available at the event, which is $35. Pretty spendy if you have to do it
all at the event, but worth it - we'll be running the 1.9 mile Trials
course, Stock and Street Prepared cars have a speed limit of 95mph(!),
Prepared and Mod unlimited. Parade laps in the morning, driver's meeting,
then 2 timed laps at speed to get an idea of how fast you're going, so
you're paired with someone of similar speed, then at least 4 timed
competition laps - all four at speed, consecutive. Big fun, speeds are
way up there - I've seen 95 in my DSP Rabbit. The course is well defined,
with pylons defining the boundaries - much like an autocross, but faster
faster FASTER!!! If you need directions, email me or call 303/786-8587.
We run no matter what the weather, just as long as there is not a foot of
snow on the track. I'll spare all of you the directions - if you have
interest, get in touch with me. Hope to see some of you there! (Like to
see all of you!!!!)
