The anwser to your question lies in the words you replied to. (See line one
above.)
There is a way to retart the amount the valves would open by using the
hydraulic lifters to lessen the emount of lift the valve opens. Thats an
entirely system than what were scheeming up. Ours is a mechanical device
that wull block the airflow to one valve, thats all it is.
