The hissing sound is the pump at full stop and its scavenging like hell to
turn the wheel. Dont do this! It burns up P/S pumps! (Not all at once but it
does speed up the proccess over time.)
Your timing might of changed and the stalling could of been due to this.
There should be a normal rpm drop when you go to full lock either way. id
check this first.
