Ok... Next step

Ok. its welded.

Peter, if you start by "tacking" the edge of the hole, in short bursts, the weld builds up and you work from the weld material towards the center. It reduces the heat and minimises warping as well.
Does that mean I dont blow holes? Not in your life, but it makes it faster and easier :)

I have used 2 small cans of Bondo Gold so far. So, now, I am off to get just ONE more can... (damn) I have to get atleast the primer on the car soon, temps are dropping here in NY. (sucks)

I would suggest marglass if they are just small holes (marglass is short strand fibreglass bodyfill) or I also use norton speedgrip (also known as duramix)(heavy duty two part glue they use to glue on minivan roofs). When I am nearing the end of a project thats what I use besides if there is holes then usually welding doesn't work to well for me because I usually will more than likely burn through and create a larger hole which does need to have patch put on it :(.
