Well, sorry, no, Iraq and the Bush presidency are (at minimum)
controversial, and there's not a lot of point in discussing them here on
the list. Nothing will get resolved by it. Am I a fan of Bush? It doesn't
matter at all, I can't even vote for or against him, and he's done his two
stints anyway. And put a lot of our Canadian soldiers in the ground for
that matter. So there's no point discussing him here.
As for Dan? I will not worship him either, but I'll sure as hell defend
him. He's put in a huge amount of his own time helping out people on this
list, and he's a hell of a decent guy. What does he get from it? Less time
to work on his own projects is about all I can see. Anyway, that's all I'll
add to this topic. Not sure why I replied to begin with.
