Targa Top Scirocco in PNW FS

I see the tell tale signs of rust on the tip of the drivers fender.  I have
3 MK1s with that problem.  Pull top looks to be in great condition though,
unlike mine (

Wonder why the hatch window has the black paint around it?  Love the 15" BBS
rims, my favorite.  Nice buy for $1000.
