  But this has been invented already. It is limited in many ways to your variation and off course your version, would be more modern and all, but the the bacon reference is used quite a lot on the CB radios of truckers state side.
   
  get a CB radio, the input has mile markers, and lingo appropiate to the descriptions of speed and type of bacon.

Parts...
1. GPS Unit
2. Some sort of processor maybe PDA with bluetooth.
3 Programmable buttons (maybe on pda)
4. Blue "toof" enabled cell phone.

You pass a cop you press the "bacon" button. It launches an app that
dials your cell phone and uploads location, speed, and time info and
downloads other database entires to display on the GPS screen.
