Dwell / Duty Cycle Q.

And what about the breather hoses - will the values be close enough if 
they are in running position, or, if only the L nipple to the intake 
boot is in the test position? I did get that to fit snug, ya just gotta 
stuff it in there. Really I'd rather do it "right", but if it's 
splitting hairs then no biggie.
