[OT] 1990 Jetta - Bushing, front engine subframe replacement

Bushing, front engine subframe.

Can anyone tell me what is required to replace this?

Should I support the tranny, and then remove the whol subframe?

Do theses need to be pressed in and out ? Do I need to take the whole
subframe out to replace these?

Any help would be greatly appreciated, I've searched through my
Bentley's to no avail.
