Suspension question

Tire wear........hmm, well the right side (front, rear) seem to have a "saw tooth" wear to them.  Both, because I rotated the tires after noticing the wear pattern and it only seems to be on the passenger side (started in the rear)........gee that's and open, flaming comment ;).

If suspension is suspect, Million dollar question...........how much and how hard to replace??
