92 Jetta Digi no start problems UPDATE IT LIVES!!!!!



Ok put everything back together started it right up.  Played with the dizzy 
for a minute and took it for a couple of runs down the dead end street. 
Actually kinda nice for an automatic tranny.  Anyway it died and wouldn't 
start right back up. Probably what caused the PO to go to the timing 
extremes.  The engine compartment was really hot after running for 
awhile.The coolant temp was showing not hot, but over 1/2 way in the gauge. 
I'm thinking the radiator could use a flush and a new thermostat.  Also 
probably should set the dizzy timing, but I don't have a light. (guess I 
need to buy one 8-) more tools)

I figure it hasn't been running for at least a couple years so I'm sure it's 
going to need some parts replacements.  Water pump?
I think it may have a loose motor mount or tranny mount. Noticed alittle 
jump when shifting into gears.  Also need some new tires.  She was kinda of 
excited about the car yesterday (my daughter)
