And now, for something completely different... Scirocco content? :)

Oh man, its been shite. The struts and strut bearings are now fubar on
the Fox, wheel bearings shot, and massive exhaust leak. All this ice and
snow is damn hard on the cars man. I have some intensive work planned for
the Fox this week (I finally have some time off from work, I worked ALL
through the holidays). So booting the wife's hybrid out of the garage
next week and gettin grimey.

TO DO:

All new struts, shocks and strut bearings (inspect a-arm bushings, ball
joints while in there)

Front wheel bearings

10.1 Brake conversion

new M/C

exhaust fix

lowering springs (heh, you can get cool stuff from brazil for foxes)

install dasher dual downpipe and mani

new injectors

fiddle with engine in general to try and figure out where the hell the 110
hp is supposed to be (yes, its still a very anemic 1.6 right now)

Inspect rear drums (odd noises coming from one of them...thinking a spring
failed and got all ground up in the drum)

Figure out why the heat stopped going to the floor (makes for some damn
cold feet!)

Probably more I am forgetting, regardless, I haven't been able to even
maintain my daily driver over the last month because of work and all this
miserable snow and ice...the scirocco is far from getting any attention.
