16v w/ turbo

Well, from what I've read, 10psi looks to be more than I want or need.
I appreciated Derrick's response. Pretty much what I was looking
for. It seems that 5-7 is more what I'm looking for. Considering
Derrick's list of what to do for 10, what about 5-7 on a PL?

Also, now that trans have come up, would my AGB hold up to 5-7psi?
