16v w/ turbo

How about a 4k with a swapped out fifth gear such as a .75 or a .80?

a 4k would be wayyy too short for a turbo engine.
I ran an FF that was so long cruising at 70 in third was....ok
that was amazing, and it was in boost FOREVER it seemed

How would a 4K handle all this torque?

Right off hand I'd say you probably won't be able to run that much boost
for very long without having and engine built for it.
i.e forged, lower CR pistons, piston oil squirters, steel head gasket, a

cooling system in good condition, a really effective intercooler and
some careful assembly. Not to mention well tuned engine management.
