Coolant leak

Plugs looked fine and yes I have been adding anti-freeze although I should
not since it just goes away and it is getting spendy. Is it even possible
for coolant to get into the cylinders while still having good compression?
Could the head gasket still be letting coolant in? A friend of mine told me
to check or replace the stock oil warmer since there was that little bit of
water in the oil.
