Rear Shocks

Another approach is to hack off the bolt head on the side of the bracket towards the center of the car flush with the axle bracket, then center drill it. On one side I had to drill it virtually to the diameter of the bolt, on the other I was lucky and was able to hammer it out with a punch before drilling it all the way through.
In this case I was removing Konis that I reinstalled on my other car so I didn't want to damage the shocks. Not the approach I'd take if the shocks were going in the trash.

I had to cut the bolt twice, one thru the middle and then on the hex head side. Since I couldn't get any space between the bracket and the head I made a cut leaving about .25 left and had to use the dremel to cut straight across the bolt/sleeve in order to separate the sleeve.
