Got rear-ended: Need advice



   Go straight to a doctor. You need that back examined pronto, these 
injuries have a nasty habit of showing up later.
   The car value is important, but think of your health.
   Too bad you did not think of calling the cops right away, you will 
probably need a lawyer. You  need them to admit responsibility, in 
writing, otherwise ... get a lawyer.
