Heater/fresh air fan wiring question

Julie,

The top slider doesn't do anything on this car - probably a
busted/leaking vacuum hose under the dash, but the position it's in is
fine (defrost I think).  This is the first car I've owned with an A/C
setup (although the actual A/C stuff under the hood is removed), and I
don't have the time to screw around with all that vacuum flap crap.  I
don't suspect anything to do with the slider operation as causing the
problem though, since when it was working intermittently kicking the
fuse panel would "fix" the issue, regardless of slider position...
