water in the tank? (still no start)



Did you replace the relay?

When pumps go, they cook the relay contacts.  In my experience, I went 
through a few relays before the pumps died.

I would replace that and see if that does not do it.  I recommend 
factory relays as well, not too expensive and they seem more sturdy than 
the aftermarket ones I have seen.
