Mk1 one found in Wisconsin

Ben found a Silver/Grey Mk1 Scirocco here in Waukesha at a mechanic (Who
will remain annonomous because of his incompetence - recked another scirocco
that I brought back and sold).  Anyways we are trying to locate who owns
it.  We got the Vin number and the license plate numbers if anyone knows how
to find the owner.  It is in very good condition.
