Fun Plates



I saw a plate here in MD yesterday where it had been printed upside down.
He mounted it so the plate read correctly which put "Maryland" and the
state's URL upside down.  I find it hard to believe that the MVA (why can't
we have a DMV like everyone else???) would let that one out the door.
