Mars Gets An Antique Registration

You guys & girls are making me want to check what the CT one says.

I do believe that the car only has to be 20 years old here to be issue for
antique plates.

I am going to go look into it at lunch time!

California law is as restrictive and almost word-for-word the same.
At the local car show a few weeks back (~300 cars) only a handful of
cars had "historic vehicle" or "horseless carriage" plates even though
all of them qualified for one or the other by age.
