I think you need to look at the "for testing purposes" clause, or however
it's worded. For example, I just wanted to "test" how well the car did on
an 8 hour drive a few weekends back. :) Everywhere I go in Klaus is either
"test driving" (they call it test and tune at the track), "to the mechanic"
(a good CIS mechanic is hard to find these days, you know), or "to club
events and shows". (I always report back when I go driving, so that makes
it a "club event", right?) (this would be for insurance reasons)

 Here the car has to be 30, so Klaus can get historic plates in three
years. But big deal, it's still an annual renewal AFAIK, and you can't get
vanity historic plates. 

And Marc, I've had some PQ beer this evening, who are we fighting? :)
