Supply and Return Fuel Lines - Fitting Size - Adapting To The Smaller Motronic Size - HELP!

I'm finishing up a 2L16V passenger side Motronic swap, and I can't find
adapters to connect the Motronic fuel-distributor rubber pressure hoses to
the steel lines on the car. I tried my local hydraulic shop, and I just came
back from Colliflower in Bensalem, PA, and they only had standard.

I'd like to know what size the fuel fittings are, so that I can look for
adapters on-line. 

Are Canadian hydraulic lines standard, or metric?
