want to go seafoaming

   i tried searching the archives as i know this has been discussed 
before but came up with nothing. i'm going to my parents tomorrow to 
work on my car and will be changing the oil. at 220k i think the engine 
should probably be cleaned in someway. which vacuum hose should i use to 
feed the seafoam into the engine? also, i've heard about people using it 
as a fuel additive. good idea? if so, i have a little over half tank 
left. should i go ahead and add some now? both my and my car look 
forward to your response. thanx.
