Test Harness for Air/Fuel Ratio read while driving.

I have a Innovate WB controller with a digital gauge.I was not getting any 
signal from the 02 controller to the 02 input on the ECU.I have sent it back 
to Innovate for repair.
  As soon as It is returned to me I'll give everyone a update.
I think all of the WEB controllers are price and the Innovate is one of the 
less expensive.
I think for fine tuning a stand alone ECU they are a must.
