Test Harness for Air/Fuel Ratio read while driving.

I got most of the electronic bits for this but haven't had a chance
yet to actually solder it up and install it.  It's a pretty nifty
little project and from what I can tell, if you tweak it a bit to
adjust the range it works in you can get it to be pretty accurate and
useful.  Then you can not only diagnose problems now, but keep an eye
on it to watch for further problems and it would just look spiffy.
