Any of the above could be suspect, as well as (maybe
especially so) wiring to said devices.  I would first
suggest cleaning all wiring connections / inspecting wires
to all the ignition components before replacing parts. 
Perhaps while it's running, move some of these wires to see
if you can replicate the problem.  I had a similar issue
with the Slegato when I got it running, and Cathy was able
to spot a couple of wires to the ignition control unit that
were bad.  (It turns out they were internally corroded.)
