My "scirocco" is missing...



Mine is kinda like that.  Matter of fact, the only time the wife wouldn't
steal my rocco (she has her own now) was durring the winter.  Maybe I've
just gotten used to it?

Anyway, best I've attributed it to is possibly a gummed up heater core.
Then again, the only time (in the colder months) that my rocco's water temp
even gets near the half-way mark is after coming off the highway and sitting
at a red light.  Sit long enough, it might make it to 3/4.  Start moving,
back to 1/4.  I do have about 4 very small holes in my t-stat though for
bleeding purposes.  My radiator is only a year old, but the heater core is
original.

If you dig into this soon, let me know whats up.  I'll be tearing down my
rocco soon.  Hand't thought about tearing into the dash, but now that you've
brought this up, I might just have to.
