My "scirocco" is missing...

...the "hot wind" type, that is. For some reason the heat in the rieger is quite
lacking. I'm used to sciroccos having flamethrower-style heat, but I'm barely
getting luke-warm air from the center vent. I have verified the heater valve is
being actuated, coolant temp takes about 4-5 minutes of driving to reach the
center, and the thermostat had only two thin (1/8" x 1/16") slots dremeled into
the disc to allow air bleed during initial fill. The heat is wimpy while in
motion, non-existant while at a light (idle), and seems to temporarily get kinda
hot only after launching after a few minutes of idle time (it tapers off
quickly).

Anyone else experience similar symptoms?
