1.8 and 2.0 16v heads

Dan, at your leisure, would you be able to check ETKA and determine if
the cam gears or chain differ between the heads?  I have heard, i.e.
hearsay, that the gear/chain set up in the 2.0l is different and
designed to be quieter.

At that point a bunch of stuff changed simultaneously. I'd go out on a
limb and suggest that if you change over all the parts from one head to
another it'll be good.

are the internals the same?  I have a junk 1.8 head and a good 2.0 head
so I
wanted to swap the internales like, springs, valves, and stuff over to
the
2.0 head.
