Resolved: OT: Simple computer question

Yeah, went to get my camera issue resolved, the guy swapped me for a new
camera body on warrantee, no problem. So that was great. BUT, I told him
I'd been generally frustrated with technology, and he offered to DL iTunes
for me and put it on my CF card. Dumped it in my laptop, it works fine, and
it took him like two minutes tops. I'd had the fourth attempt at
downloading it not finish here, maybe it times out after three hours or so.
It was sure frustrating anyway. So thanks for the suggestions, sorry if I
was a bit bristly about some of them.
