Lockup advice?

Yep - the next step will be lots of break cleaner to wash out the
lube. I guess I need to take apart the caliper assembly? Can anyone
tell me, if the stock A1 caliper is so bad, if it's even worth trying
to fix it? Should I just ask the current owner to knock the price
down equivalent to the new calipers for rear wheels?
