Help - Clutch release arm not returning.

By the way, after you pop that green cover off, if all looks good in there,
be sure you actually pull on the arm and watch everything move correctly.
When this happened on the jetta, it looked perfect under the cap but turned
out the spring was holding the finger together so it just appeared to be
good, but was actually cracked.
