What fuse?

I did a little fuse hunting myself this morning.

I remembered that open fuse will drop voltage across the open pins. 
Didn't even have to pull any till I found the bad one.  Seems that my
oil temp guage blew it's fuse at some point.  I replaced it and it
works fine now.  Also pulled my steering wheel and recentered it. 
While it was off I noticed that there was an AMAZING amount of gook on
the spring contact and also the copper contact on the wheel itself. 
So I cleaned that and LO and BEHOLD... the horn works again.

Something to consider if it rings out on the switch and the fuse is
good but the horn no workie workie.

Also I think I am going to track that reverse light thing down.  I
measured the pins on the connector.  (both male and female)  There are
only two rather large pins on the 2Y tranny but my 8v harness has 4
pins and only one of which is hot.   Hot is easy now I have to figure
out the return.

Something like this.  I think it's the lower right pin that has 12v on it.

Any ideas?
