Which is the right dipstick?

I went out to the garage to check the two 16Vs, a 2.0 and 1.8, and the
8v, 1.8.  The 1.8s have the orange and higher oil mark, the 2.0 has the
grey stick and the lower mark.

I have taken pictures of the two dipsticks that the only difference is
one
has the letter "B" at the end of it which I believe replacing the other.
Interesting is the fill mark is higher on the stick than its
predecessor.
The grey one is the first and the orange one is replacement.
