Starting problems

I second this advice...  I had the same thing happen to me when I
swapped fuel distributors.  I figured the system would "bleed" itself
quickly, but I was surprised how long it took before all the injectors
started to squeal...  I'd be weary of clamping a visegrip on the
metering plate bolt head though - IIRC I used my
extendo-magnet-dealie...
