Ignition timing for the retarded

Okay, so my timing HAD been set quite advanced, but when I put the light on
it this morning, it was actually a bit retarded from the stock 6*, like
maybe at 0*. So a quick twist of the distributor back to slightly
overadvanced (like 10-12*), and all is right with my world. Maybe. For now.
I never count on anything staying happy on this one. But this is promising,
the first "forward movement" in the driveway threw stones, so that's as it
should be. Idle rock steady, and so on...

Sorry to bother you guys with something I should have double chacked first.

Oh, and :), lots of it...off to do some wiring. MAYBE some Gino-ing.
