Ahh, the blue states.  And I bitch because here in
Central VA I have to have an annual inspection.  No
ETs, $29 for registration, tax for my roccos is about
$25 a year (property tax), and no initial hammering
paperwork like in PA ($140?!!).

Living cheap, but dirty, in VA.
