Sealed Beam Conversions

Well one of my headlights went out in my Audi and it looks to be a pain in
the ass getting to it so while I'm in there I want to replace the sealed
beam with one of those conversions that use H4 bulbs.  A while back I seen
all kinds of them but now I can't find any to save my soul.
