Actually, I think it's only 7.2:1.
If the ABA head combustion chamber volume is 30cc and the 16V head volume is 45cc (I think I'm right 
here) then the CR would be 7.2.
Too low even for a turbo and you still need valve cutouts to clear the 16v intakes.
