power steering???



I am going to take a chance at being wrong here, so please correct me if
I am.  I recently had the same symptom after having to replace the high
pressure hose on my system (don't ask how the hole got in it.) I read in
one of my manuals that it was an indication of air still in the system.
I followed the procedure for bleeding the air out (which was turning
from lock to lock with the cap off? I think? Can't remember it has been
real busy here since Cincy) and haven't had the problem since.

Ok I have power steering my resivior is full but my power steering comes
and goes, is the pump on the way out?? Will it hurt my car to drive it
in this condition??
