Well, I guess there are two ways to look at this scenario and two ways to react about it.
   
  1) you submit to a voluntary receipt check after you have payed for an item that is now yours.
   
  2) you decline the check that is VOLUNTARY and go about your business.
   
  I wont tell you which I prefer to do but lets just say it depends on how fast I have to get to the parts store to get a part for the car.
   
  These are the things that ethics are made out off.
   
  Protection of corporate loss Vs consumerism and the rights of individuals concerning search and seizure.
