high fuel consumption / cold start / rough idle

It's obviously way rich -- even at idle, in my garage, the exhaust smells
like gas, and it spatters black soot onto the floor. I don't see any
visible problems that would cause a vacuum leak, of course that doesn't mean
I don't have one.

Would hooking up a fuel pressure gauge tell me if it's the warm-up
regulator that's bad, to at least start eliminating suspects? Is that easy
to do?

Also, Bosch lists two O2 sensors for my car -- "OE type" #11051, and
"Universal" #11027. Any idea what the difference is, other than the
universal one being $10 cheaper? Looks like Bosch has a $10 free gas card
rebate going on now too!
