Seriously, if Jay Leno is in opposition, all he has to do is call
Arnold DIRECTLY (Gov. Terminator announced his candidacy on Mr. Leno's
show, IIRC). I bet the bill won't pass thanks to Mr. Leno. Don't you
love politics?
