Rear wing functionality

i was driving the rieger last week after the tail end of the storm was
passing us by. i had something nuts like a 40 mph tail wind on the highway,
and the rieger has never felt so loose. i was only doing about 70. i
actually pulled over thinking i had a flat. wing/spoiler may do more than
you think.
